Get an agreement, review, sign and schedule appointment
Once the scope of work has been determined and an agreement is signed If an appointment is already scheduled you will receive you will receive specific instructions for your Environmental Assessment and the contact information for your consultant.
Meet your Environmental Consultant
Your Environmental Consultant will show up ready to perform the assessment outlined in the scope of service or if this is an ongoing Green Building Consulting project your project manager will reach out.
Receive your Report
If an Environmental Assessment has been performed you will receive an electronic report directly from your Environmental Consultant. If you have questions you may contact your consultant directly. If this is an ongoing Green Building Consulting for LEED, GreenPoint Rated, BECx, or Healthy Materials you will receive reports in a timely manner.
